PSYCH-K is a valuable means that works through balancing the right and the left hemisphere of the brain. Balancing the brain allows us to use both halves and their different functions and thus the full capacity of it.

PSYCH-K can either be used for balancing (the experience of) stressful situations or transforming limiting beliefs into supporting ones.
