MBSR-IT Training (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)
The 8-week training as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, slightly adapted. Courses will be held from April 2018 on.
The course starting on April 4th will be held in Dutch.

(Anders) Omgaan met Stress
A 3-hour training showing techniques to react differently in acute stressful situations. Those techniques are based on NLP, mindfulness, EFT and Brain Gym. Applying these techniques reduces the experienced level of stress instantly.
